DAY 1

25th February

 

  •  9:00am - Registration.
  • 9:30am - Welcome with all instructors.
  • 9:45am - Ben Keynote - lighting, posing, composition, fundamentals.
  • 11:30am - Break into groups for indoor shoots with instructor teams.
  • 12:20 - Instructor shoot out time (restroom shootout style) - students choose location!
  • 1pm - Lunch.
  • 2pm - Chris keynote - Lighting, creativity & personality.
  • 3pm - Indoor and shooting bay sessions/Creative Inspiration.
  • 5pm - Shooting bays close. 
  • 5:30pm - Outdoor shoots in Fremont Street Precinct 
  • 8pm - Wrap for the night - go get some sleep!
DAY 2

26th February

  • 9am - Optional one-on-one for students Ben - 15 minutes each.
  • 10am - Keynote Arno - creative lighting, silhouettes, editing.
  • 11am - “Choose your own Adventure” - you pick 2 different sessions with any instructor.
        1. Retouching & Photoshop  - Ben
        2. Gels class - Chris
        3. Bokeh & Silhouettes - Arno
        4. Posing & Connection - Amber
  • 1pm - Lunch.
  • 2pm - Q & A - All instructors. 
  • 3pm - Guided shoots indoor & outdoor - you shoot, instructors help.
  • 4pm - Swap instructors.
  • 5pm - Closing talk, prizes, announcements.
  • 6:pm - Outdoor shoots in Fremont Street Precinct.
  • 8:30pm - Drinks at the Golden Nugget.
 
DAY 3

27th February

 
  • 8am - Optional one-on-one for students Ben - 15 minutes each. 
  • 9am - Amber - Creative lighting, gels, posing.
  • 10am - Image Critiques
  • 12:30pm - Closing - Group Photo 
  • 1:00pm - Lunch & finish for those not doing the Red Rock Shoot

    For those attending the Desert Shoot -  
  • 2pm - Transportation leaves the Golden Nugget.
  • 6:30pm - Shooting Concludes / final chat.
  • 8:30pm - Workshop wrap-up, Dinner and Drinks at the Golden Nugget (Dinner is optional and not included in the workshop fee)

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

LOCATION:
MEET Las Vegas is located at 233 South 4th Street, on the North-East corner of 4th and Bridger.

SELF PARKING (via 4th STREET):
Parking is available on the Douglas Parking Lot on a first-come-first-serve basis, by credit card at a rate of $10 per 12 hours Monday - Thursday, $20.00 per 12 hours weekends Friday - Sunday and $40.00 for Special Event days.

This area is north of MEET Las Vegas where you may park at any of the "M" marked spots.

Metered City Parking is available by the hour surrounding MEET Las Vegas and on the northwest corner of 4th and Carson.

BUILDING ACCESS:
The main entrance to MEET Las Vegas is on the 4th Street side of the building, across from the FedEx.
