ITINERARY

DAY 1

25th February

 

9am - Registration opens

9:30am - Fundamentals Keynote - lighting, posing, and composition

11am - Small groups with each instructor. Instructors shoot & show 

1pm - Lunch Break

2pm - Shooting bays open with instructors

2pm - Keynote

3pm - Indoor and shooting bay sessions 

5pm - Prep for on location shooting

5:30pm - Small groups for outdoor shoots in Fremont Street Precinct

8pm - Finish for the day

 

 

 

DAY 2

26th February

 

9am - Optional Image Critiques for students 

10am - Keynote 

11am - Breakdown of posing and on location shooting tips & tricks/ creative shoots indoor & outdoor 

1pm - Lunch break

2pm - Leave for Red Rocks/ Shooting on location with models

6pm - Finish for evening

7:30pm - Center Bar Drink meet up

 

 

DAY 3

27th February

9am - Optional Image Critiques for students

10am - Keynote

11am - “Choose your own Adventure”

     1. Retouching & Photoshop 

     2. Gels class 

     3. Bokeh & silhouettes 

1pm - Lunch break

2pm - Q & A - ALL INSTRUCTORS

3pm - Shoot bays open

3pm - Guided shoots indoor & outdoor

5pm - Closing talk, prizes, announcements 

5:30pm - Small groups for outdoor shoots in Fremont Street 

8:30pm - Centre Bar Drinks and final night for all students 

 

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

LOCATION:
MEET Las Vegas is located at 233 South 4th Street, on the North-East corner of 4th and Bridger.

SELF PARKING (via 4th STREET):
Parking is available on the Douglas Parking Lot on a first-come-first-serve basis, by credit card at a rate of $10 per 12 hours Monday - Thursday, $20.00 per 12 hours weekends Friday - Sunday and $40.00 for Special Event days.

This area is north of MEET Las Vegas where you may park at any of the "M" marked spots.

Metered City Parking is available by the hour surrounding MEET Las Vegas and on the northwest corner of 4th and Carson.

BUILDING ACCESS:
The main entrance to MEET Las Vegas is on the 4th Street side of the building, across from the FedEx.
